Kelly Clarkson (American singer/songwriter) is a popular American after winning American Idol's debut season. Not only was she pushed into the spotlight by her victory and announcing a record deal for multiple albums with RCA Records 19 Recordings & S Records. The singer has since released several studio albums. Three of them reached the US Billboard 200 chart, while others narrowly missed it. She's one of the most successful artists to have sprung from The American Idol series. To be successful she played around with various musical styles, and explored subjects. Due to her uniqueness and skill in the field of singing and songwriter, she received praise from reviewers and was awarded a couple of notable award. Notably, she's received the Grammy Award a record three times. She also has been featured in movies and on television. River Rose and the Magical Lullaby is her book for children. In addition, she was active in charity work as well as various other organizations.
