Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on October 28, 1967 at Atlanta. Roberts is the fourth Roberts generation to reside in Atlanta, beginning with her grandfather who was a farmer, John Pendleton Roberts. She inherited her father's interest in the theatre at a young age. He performed on his Emory University campus in 1952 as well as in various productions around Atlanta. In 1953, when he joined the Air force in Biloxi, he was seen together with Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. Both married in 2005 and had their first child, Eric Anthony in 1956. Walter was enrolled in Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957, the couple quit the Air Force and Walter began his studies at Tulane. Walter worked for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1960, the family moved into Decatur Georgia. Walter as well as Betty Lou produced a Saturday morning show on local television for children called Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964. It was a venture they self-financed. The Actors and Writers Workshop was established in 1964 and lasted for 6 years. They had two more children. Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also known by the name Lisa), and Julia Billingsley (1967) (also known by the name Julie).
